Bianca is an experienced and dynamic Marketing, Communications and Engagement leader with over a decade of experience working with globally recognised brands across financial services, retail, sports and leisure, technology and professional services sectors, as well as supporting SMEs, to build stronger connections with their people and customers through impactful, purpose-led campaigns.

Bianca specialises in delivering bold and innovative marketing and engagement approaches that bring company values to life, strengthen brand reputation, and drive alignment with business goals. With a background across communications, PR and the full marketing mix, she is passionate about engaging audiences to create meaningful, measurable impact.

Emma Culver

Emma is a strategic and people-focused leader with nearly three decades of experience across the full HR life cycle, operations, and organisational design. She has worked across purpose-led SMEs, scale-ups, and global organisations in sectors including education, marketing, technology, bioscience, facilities, leisure, and retail, bringing a grounded, emotionally intelligent approach to building ambitious businesses from the inside out.
